Steel studs are also known as shear connectors. They are usually made of carbon or stainless steel and have a threaded or deformed shape. They are designed to provide a mechanical interlock between the steel structure and the concrete.

The Chemical Anchor Stud CAS is a chisel ended anchor. It is used with any of our injection systems and glass capsules in masonry and concrete. On installation the stud becomes chemically bonded to the base material.
